Located on the 18th floor of the Golden Sands building, this condo is a sure bet for your coastal getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight both the open living area and the main suite, showcasing incredible ocean views. When you stay at this lovely beachfront community, enjoy amazing amenities such as a pool, tennis, sauna, and game room!

The immaculate kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite recipes, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For added entertainment after fun-filled days, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the living area's smart TV. When it's time to call it a night, the bedrooms have their own smart TVs. A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space.

This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

Things to Know
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
