This gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 3 bath luxury townhouse Ocean View! Just steps from the beach. (2 minute walk) In a great location near 82nd Street, you are close to great eateries favored by locals, shopping, night life, and amusements, as well as right across the street from Ropewalk and Dunkin Donuts for a beverage. Park your vehicles in our extra large 3-car garage. Weekly rentals are at a 10% discount and stays are a 3-night-stay minimum. Check-in: 4PM Check-out: 10AM No loud parties will be tolerated and this can result in eviction with no refund. Please respect our neighbors. This property owner does not allow group rentals to anyone under the age of 21\. Any online booking for a group rental will not be honored until agreed upon with owner. All reservation requests must be verbally confirmed, before it becomes a reservation.\* The Space Ocean 82 is a luxury townhouse located on Ocean Block near 82nd Street. This four-bedroom, three-full-bath condo has two furnished balconies overlooking the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week or as long as you would like your vacation to last. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy/cozy couch, an amazing recliner, two armchairs, and a television with Cable and Netflix for your entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also off the living area is a Full bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, white quartz countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Also on the first floor is a Queen bedroom with plenty of space and a large closet. Going upstairs, the Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private Master bathroom. It also has its own private balcony overlooking both the ocean and the bay. The third bedroom has a Bunk bed twin over full with a trundle and television. The fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a television and access to the hall bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps 12 people, so bring the whole family! Ocean 82 has the following amenities: Central air conditioning, three parking spaces, garage, Four TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an full outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. This property rents to families, or responsible adults over the age of 21. There is a Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Boogy Boards, Beach Toys, and Umbrella available in the Garage for your use and convenience. Facility was spotless, well equipped throughout the house. So many beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon and toys for children to take to the beach.Check in was great. Host texted codes for front door & extra large garage. So close to the beach. Right on coastal highway where restaurants & shopping are.Our Host was very responsive where we had questions.
