"Kimberly at the front desk went over and above guiding me on attractions to consider like mount Pilatus. The location was great for access to train and bus station, a 15 min walk to restaurants, shops and chapel bridge. The room was great for what I needed and I would stay here again, and will consider Ibis in other cities."

"We celebrated a milestone birthday in Interlaken and could not be more pleased with our choice of hotel! From the grounds, location and elegance to the incredible staff, our stay was absolutely perfect. We had several special requests for our celebration both inside the hotel and guidance for local activities. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. We were always greeted as if by an old friend and asked how our day was. On our special day, flowers, champagne, a card and cake were sent to our room; beyond comprehension that such a level of service exists. Old world service and charm. If you have not been to Interlaken or the region, it is a bucket list level location. My partner comment, "I only imagined such beauty existed in films". We will be back and are very grateful for our experience. 10/10!"

"The hotel is in a great location! The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water in the shower did go hot/cold but it wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is more beautiful than the pictures show. The view from the property and from our balcony was breathtaking. The sounds of cow bells and the animals all around us were an extra perk. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay. I am a tad hard to please and very critical, I almost never come back to the same hotel twice, but I think this one might be an exception. The location is perfect, close to town and all the places we wanted to visit, this is a perfect base for day trips."
