« Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1\. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2\. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3\. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4\. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5\. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...

« This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back. »

« The moment I arrived at Ellena Resort, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was spectacular. I was greeted with a welcome coconut drink and was informed about the amenities. Waking up every morning to the view outside my room was breathtaking. I stayed in the largest villa with private pool. It had everything I needed and more. I ate at the restaurant “Papa Ubud” every day. Breakfast was more than filling and I enjoyed the fresh coffee and smoothies. I was able to rent a moped...

« The resort is quite new and everything is in great shape. Having a private plunge pool is very nice. I love the high ceiling in the room and decor is lovely. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality. Ordering dinner - had to order in advance (1 hour minimum) but food was great and service was also excellent. Massage - there is only one room with two tables so my friend and I were in the same room and only about a foot apart. The massage was just okay. Road to get in is very narrow...

"Hôtel à environ 30 minutes en taxi du port. Villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée, très bien équipée, literie confortable, mais manquant un peu d’intimité à notre goût car vue plongeante depuis la piscine principale sur le séjour et le centre de la piscine privée. De même, il manque un peu de végétation d’un côté, ce qui implique aussi une vue sur la terrasse de la villa depuis le solarium. Enfin, nous aurions vraiment préféré qu’une paroi vitrée givrée ( même si elle ne fut pas toute hauteur) isole aussi visuellement un plus efficacement la salle de bain. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise pour prendre une douche, surtout de nuit. Personnel parfait. Restauration correcte. Avons passé quand même un bon séjour."

"Hôtel sur la plage avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Le service est super et chacun prend bien soin de vous avec de grands sourires. La villa une chambre piscine privée est vraiment top. Idéale pour un peu d’intimité et de grand confort. La piscine du resort est belle et face à la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et excellent. Prendre un jus frais au coucher du soleil sur la plage est une expérience très agréable. En résumé, merci pour ce beau séjour !"
