"Nice hotel. Only one elevator working but not a big deal. Room was clean and modern."

"Room was clean and fine. We did request accessible room for my almost 80 year old father and was not accommodated. He did end up falling in the hotel. We would be more adamant again, if we stay there. "

"Didn’t use the gym but looked equipped. Staff was alright. Room was clean and roomy. Heating unit made a lot of noise and walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors coughing at 5 am. "

"Shower wall had chunks of what I assumed was soap and hair on it. Eye level was great. 2 inches above it was disgusting. I suggested to the front desk staff, to instruct their housekeepers to look up. Stayed during March break and it was horrible. Kids running through the halls all hours of the day and night. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and provided me with local information what I asked. My suite was clean and spacious. And I loved the breakfast lounge area. The windows around the area were super clean, thus allowing me a beautiful view while I dined. And the breakfast itself was well done with many different foods available. For my second/last morning at the hotel, I noticed they changed up some of the foods. I thought this was great because it made my dining experience more interesting. The hotel’s location is excellent. Well done. I will be back!"

"Hotel had a mouldy smell. The elevator was not in use due to renovations being completed. Room looked nothing like what was advertised. I just think there should be more transparency. But, I guess you get what you pay for. The deal was too good to be true! "

"The room was quiet, clean and have comfortable beds. The bathroom looked updated, clean and tidy. The TV has basic cable. The breakfast was decent and had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We ordered DoorDash for supper from wild wings. They were the best wings we ever had. They have 2 vending machines for drinks and treats. Next to these is an ice machine. It was easy check in and out. And the staff was friendly."
