The photos and description does not represent how great it is. We were a group of 9\. My wife and I, our son and his girlfriend, my daughter and 3 of her friends and my wife’s mother - all adults. This house accommodated us perfectly. It is very roomy. The bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The kitchen is huge and had everything needed - including a blender for smoothies for all the local fruit. I cannot express how great Joshua - the concierge - was. He arranged everything for us. Our rental cart was in the driveway upon arrival. Joshua greeted us and gave a tour. He booked a chef for a wonderful dinner - i highly recommend doing this. The kitchen was stocked with food and drinks to make our arrival relaxed and refreshing. He even arranged our shuttle from the airport. Any questions we had Joshua responded immediately. The outside area is exceptional. Pool, loungers and the outside shower. It is the best shower I have ever experienced. The pool has great natural shade for those hot afternoons. This house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach. Closest dining is Ventanita which has the best breakfast, coffee and lunch in town. Don’t skip it. I would 100% return. ##### Keith B. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach. We were very close to town as well, walkable, but we had a golf cart for our stay which we found to be the most convenient form of transportation while exploring Playa Guiones. Everything was very new and very clean. The home was well appointed with all of the ammenities you would expect while staying at a luxury rental. There was also a concierge service which we were in contact with who helped us with any day to day items that came up as well as booking activities.
