Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat. All questions were answered promptly. The property was exceptional. Very nice and clean. Large home that was perfect for a large family. Location next to the pier was also a plus. The elevator was also super helpful with my elderly father who was unable to navigate the stairs. Everything about this property was great.
