There were dusty dirt baseboards through out and mold growing in the bathrooms where water has just been splashing for a long period of time. The bathroom window was also left open so when we went in there in the evening we had to kill about 100 mosquitoes before getting eaten to death. One other thing that was concerning was the floor,,,,it was wobbly and didn't feel very secure, almost like a tree was growing up under the house and there were humps in multiple places.
