The area wasn't the best but I knew to expect that when I booked the BnB, as I'm from Charleston. What I didn't expect was the amount of mosquitos and gnats in every room of the house. The dishwasher wasn't mounted to the floor so when loading it I almost dropped all of the dishes on the floor. The TV in the living room had a huge sunspot across the top of the screen and made everything half black and white and half color. The couch in the living room had a huge dip in it so it was uncomfortable to sit on. The shower/bath faucet was leaking everywhere and made a huge mess every time we tried to shower. The pictures however lead me to believe (and this very well could be my fault) that it is actually a single house not a duplex. For my brothers and I it worked just fine because we were golfing, checking out the town of Charleston, and eating good food. Neighbors got a bit noisy at times which we didn’t mind. Clean place, one last thing; those bunk beds can only support people up to the weight of 100 lbs because they were NOT sturdy.
