The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay. (1,001 reviews) Everything was very lovely. It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.
