« I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. Every time I interacted with the staff they were cheerful and looking for an opportunity to be helpful. « Very clean property. The beds were pretty comfortable and softer than most hotels at this price. I noticed they use either unscented or fragrance-free detergent on the sheets, which was very much appreciated with my health issues. The staff was helpful, and the lady taking care of breakfast was extremely attentive. The only thing I can complain about is a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it didn't hamper our experience much. »

« Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again. »
