The area was under a water boil order (due to some sort of construction in the area) but the property manager notified us the day before and made sure we had plenty of drinking water stocked in the fridge. Very short walk to the court square where they played music all night on Saturday and had some resataurants. Highly refined staying here. FYI the loft was fun to take the kids up. I love staying in cabins in the Ozarks but wanted to be in town this trip so I wouldn't have to spend all the time driving. Took my wife to Mountain View for our anniversary. Unit was clean and comfortably and my wife loved the industrial character of the unit. Hidden one street off the square, it was a comfortable walk to the happenings of town and still hidden away on a quiet side street. Very much a cabin in town, but thoroughly modern enough to relaxing. The units are spaced far enough apart that you don't feel crowded by the other guests. If you love The Square at Mountain View, this is a great place to stay. It was within walking distance to the town square and restaurants. However a bigger rug in the bathroom would be nice and handicap bars in the shower for some of us older people. The location is perfect - it was within walking distance of the square and just a short drive to Blanchard Springs. The owners were so thoughtful - even leaving a sweet surprise for our kiddos!
