O grande problema é que o hotel recebe diversos eventos, casamentos etc. E os hóspedes são deixados de lado é impossível usar os serviços de piscina, restaurante e bar. Os atendentes não dão atenção e pedem paciência e se você vai para relaxar é quase impossível.
