Nicely located near the Nice-Vill train station. Small room but adequate for 3 travelers. Air conditioning worked, not freezing, just cooled. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Over a great place to stay for 2 nights on our multi destination vacation!

Close to the railway, 2 minutes walk , close to the main avenue, 2 minutes walk . Tram to airport 10 mins away ( in a street underground , turn left at BNP Parabis), there is a lift. ) Plenty of food options a short walk . Liked the balcony . About 20 minutes walk down to esplanade. Hotel is older but ok , good for the price , had aircon which was good . Couldn’t get safe to work , bed a bit soft and creaky , one shower door wouldn’t stay shut .

Solid clean and quiet room near the main train station. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but hotel staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Room was comfortable and tiny bathroom worked out OK. Terrific restaurant just across the street!

I stayed for a total of 3 nights. Arrived at this hotel a approx 5pm. I travelled from another city via train and was tired. Pleaded with the staff for a decent room due to previous bad experiences. Staff member gives me a dirty room chuckles as I get in the elevator. I beleive the room was 302 or 312. Immediately after walking in I noticed the carpet was dirty, the room smelled like a cat and there was a wall blocking the window. I went downstairs, demanded a refund and he offered me another room, which I viewed before accepting. This room was alot better, it waa clean, did not smell and had a view from the window. My stay was okay. Im a pretty low maintenance person once I get settled. But NO I do not recommend.

Although the location was good, the hotel itself was small and very dirty, we found food and trash under the couch, and we were not treated well by the receptionist when we arrived. The only reason it may be worth it is for the location.

This is a very old hotel and the best word to describe it is shabby. Carpet is worn, feels musty, smelled like my room was a “smoking” room at some point. The man who checked me was very helpful and the shower and location are very good. They are charging more than $160 and it’s not worth it.
