Location to the beach and tranaportation were very close. I had a great view of the sea from my room. Joseph, the own, was very helpful and friendly. The accomodate you with beach supplies such as towels, umbrella, pad to place on the sand, and sun block lotion. The room was very quite despite being on the main street. There is a grocery store very close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nice.

We stayed one of the 3 nts we pre-paid for. Ditched and went to far better place via expedia. Proprietors don't care. A/c was controlled. No tv remote, when asked for one, was wrong one. When returned from dinner to sit on terrace before bed, they removed all the furniture nowhere to sit. Bathroom door didn't even close shut/broken. Room so small couldn’t fit our bags and walk. And check out was *10am*! Only positive was main reason booked it, we prefer promanade des anglais. Maybe good for 20- or 30-somethings with low expectations, and no car to park, and ok w all stairs. Never again for us.

Pleasant hotel in Nice

We stayed one night in this small hotel on our way to Corsica. We received a warm welcome from the owner and had a beautiful breakfast on the terrace facing the sea. The only disadvantage is that the traffic is quite noisy.

Wir kommen wieder ! Danke für alles ♡

Unser Zimmer war unterhalb des Erdgeschosses. Aber das fanden wir im Endeffekt super. Es war ruhig, es war sauber, wir hatten alles was man braucht - Doppelbett, Fenster, eigenes Bad mit riesiger Dusche. Das Frühstück war lecker und währenddessen hat man von der Terrasse aus Meerblick. Am besten jedoch war der Chef. Er war herzlich, freundlich, witzig und vorallem HILFSBEREIT!! Wir haben unser Auto ein paar Straßen weiter in einem Parkhaus untergebracht. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir feststellen, dass man die Parkgebühren ausschließlich mit Kreditkarte zahlen kann - die wir nicht hatten.. Beim Frühstück hat der chef uns gefragt wie es uns geht und wir haben ihm von dem Drama erzählt. Er hat gar nicht überlegt. Er sagte sofort, dass er mit uns kommen würde und das Auto aus dem Parkhaus holt. Unser Held ! Wir kommen wieder! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Would like to have experienced.

Because of an unfortunate serious of events, the main reason being "Covid" we were unable to travel. We were planing on spending our 49 wedding anniversary. Hopefully we will be able to someday.

L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione, la stanza era stata ricavata da uno scantinato, senza finestre buia ed umida a cui si accedeva da una specie di giardino abbandonato che si è completamente allagato dopo un temporale; il telefono interno fuori servizio ed il personal assente, porte dell' hotel chiuse, non ci è stato possibile effettuare il check out, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la chiave accanto all'ingresso alle 9,30 del mattino.

Host was very friendly. Check-in was easy and hotel is located right across from the beach. 10-15 min walk to get to a lot of restaurants so well placed. Great breakfast and overall very friendly service.

Simple hotel in a great location.

Very simple hotel in a great location. Room was clean and updated. It would be nice if the front desk was open later. We almost missed our check in due to delays on the train. Receptionist was cheerful, and went above and beyond to serve us. We did not do breakfast there because it was so expensive but it is available, so as such, I can't comment on the quality.

Ужасный отель. !! Terrible hotel !!

1.Нет как таковой стойки регистрации . 2. Не совсем чисто.3.Нас заселили какой то подвал в хозяйственном блоке , которую надо проходить через внутренний двор , где гора мусора. В номере ужасно пахнет сыростью , так как не проветривается помещение.Имеется естественно одно маленькое окно . Входная дверь из стекла и занавешена старой выцветшей тряпкой.Когда мы выбирали отель , мы читали некоторые номера в подвале, мы специально взяли номера подороже во избежания заселения в подвал. "Администратор " ни идет ни на какие уступки поменять номер . Предлагает другой номер за доплату ,за очень большие деньги. два раза дороже чем мы бронировали. Причем полно свободных номеров. При бронировании номера показаны другие номера , не понятно подвал это или нет. Единственный плюс этого отеля ,находится на Английской набережной и в номере хорошая сантехника . Итог : кошмарный отель . Который выглядит хорошо только на фото .
