« We have just had a great 10 night stay in the cottage and loved it's location. So much wildlife around and such a quirky cottage. So close and an easy drive to Newport beach and all the locals were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. »

« The photos do not show this place as it is. The main issue is that the bed is in a loft space - up a very steep ladder - its claustrophobic and difficult to access if your knees and ankles are not 10 years old. Couple that with it having an unexpected wood fired hot tub - and being left only 3 small composite logs to light it for 3 nights - not enough to get it hot day 1 - and who wants to spend the evening up to your arms in soot trying to light it anyway - say its log fired in the ad / say...

« The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. « This really comfortable home has everything you could want for your stay. It is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful garden. It was very clean and we all loved our stay. « The house is very beautiful. Enjoyed several challenging walks close by. Needed to bring supplies such as salt, pepper and basic spices. Also needed shampoo. Called on first day about five light bulbs out in kitchen and other rooms that were not replaced during our stay. Also needed a small non stick pan to cook eggs. Be aware that range top needed to be turned off and on to start working. »

« They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay. Ps the pics don’t give the cottage justify...

« Lovely comfortable modern property, good location, good value. Thoughtful gifting of card, flowers, milk, eggs, bread and butter on arrival including dog accessories if appropriate. The only drawback was the TV - slow and temperamental, frustrating and became almost unwatchable. »

« We had an excellent stay at the Cart House Cottage. It’s very clean and has all the amenities. We had a nice welcome with wine and chocolate, a friendly dog and lamas. The location is perfect to explore the Pembrokshire Coastal Trail. Technically, there is an ocean view but unfortunately the large shed blocks most of it. The information about to help us explore the region was thorough and much appreciated. We recommend the Cart House. »
