ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: Two twin trifold floor mats with extra linens and pillows are provided and are best suited for children. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements to ensure availability and delivery prior to arrival.
Laundry: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must bring their own laundry supplies and quarters.
Parking: One small single carport space is provided, accommodating compact to mid-size vehicles only (78" H x 95.5" W). Additional neighborhood street parking is available (metered and non-metered).
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment are available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or entrances, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
