This condo is your vacation home away from home located in New Smyrna Beach a beautiful ,quaint and peaceful seaside community . Stay at this beautiful contemporary large 3/2 resort style, family friendly condo. Located just across the street from the beautiful New Smyrna NO-Drive portion of the beach recommend by Disney as the beach for the ideal family vacation) with pedestrian access and and short walk to the breathtaking seashore ! The condo can also be used to accommodate guests requesting a 2/2 or a 1/1 and rates can be adjusted. Great for a week long family vacation, couples weekend, singles ,retreat, family reunion, weekend/weekday , extended stay or executive lodging. The condo provides full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker along with regular drip coffee., all linens and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also provide 2 beach chairs and
beach cart with attached chair ,basketball, tennis racquets.
New Smyrna Beach was also voted 'Top 10 Florida Best Beach Town by Dr. Beach and voted by National Geographic in the Top 20 in the World for it's town and beaches.WOW!

This three bedroom and two bath condo is professionally decorated and centrally located within the complex. Enjoy this spacious and clean unit with nearly 1600 square feet of air conditioned comfort with soothing views from your private balcony providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. This unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dresser with 2 night stands, large walk in closet and its own television. The large master bath has a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands and dresser and tv. The third bedroom has twin size beds, dressers and television . The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar includes 2 stools. The living room has a 70' flat screen television. Additional features include movies ,games and some beach toys. Also included in the unit is WiFi , cable and free long distance calling within the US.

This state of the art complex is a gated community providing covered garage parking with an elevator in the garage lobby. The Ocean Walk Complex provides each guest with numerous amenities. The beautiful club house which is just steps from the unit offers basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise room, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, grilling area, nature trail, large screen television with entertaining area. The other clubhouse also has a heated pool, fire pit ,bocce ball, private theatre room, social area with tables and chairs and wine bar all beautifully decorated. Internet access is also available in both cluhouses. This modern complex is centrally located for easy access to activities such as shopping, restaurants, golfing, boating, and more. World Attractions such as Disney, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World are only an 1 ¼ hour drive away. Kennedy Space Center is one hour away. Famous Daytona Beach is just a short drive further north. Come stay at this inviting luxury beach retreat!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
There is no need to strip the beds. Upon leaving please leave no more than two loads of laundry.
The night before think about bringing in the parking pass and the two remotes and all keys and return them back to the condo. Sometimes doing that in the morning people are forgetful .😀
Please follow the instructions on the AC before leaving meaning turning it back up to 78° and adjusting the dehumidifier knob.

A great place for our family. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location to beach was an easy walk from the condo. There were a variety of outdoor recreational activities to enjoy but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to use all of them.

First time using VRBO and we were all pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. Great communication with owner. Nice amenities. The only thing that we were disappointed with was there was only one pool open at the time because the other pool was under construction which caused it to be a bit over crowded.

Diane made the whole process seemless. The condo and community is very well maintained and comfortable. We had teenagers with us and they enjoyed the pool and ocean. It is also close to Daytona so we went there some evenings to go to an amusement park and bowling.. Everything was family oriented. Great place for R&R.

We absolutely loved our stay at Oceanwalk. I wasn’t sure how far the beach access would be based on the listing, but the crosswalk with warning lights and traffic being required to STOP made the walk to the beach a breeze! It was a very family friendly beach and community too. The condo and kitchen had everything we needed, nice dishes and cookware. It felt like home... lacked no dish or tool I needed. We even enjoyed the wildlife. We saw otters on the pond from our balcony, ducks and birds top of course. Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with when we had a little parking mishap. ;) Just wonderful.

Condo was nicely decorated Kitchen well equipped. Rooms were open and spacious especially the Master bedroom. Walk In Closet was bonus for storing things and bathroom was super sized! Parking was easy and the best part was the covered parking keeping cars cool and secure. Easy walk to the beach. Night lights were great after hours. For reading lighting could have been brighter, but nice overall . Would highly recommend.

My family enjoyed a week at this lovely 3bedroom/2 bath condo. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, beach chairs and toys were handy, and the complex was well maintained. Ocean Walk has so much to do and since we could pay a one time fee for the week and then borrow any sports equipment needed for the activities available it cut down on what we had to bring. Easily the most positive part of all was the owner Diane. Diane was a joy to work with, every contact from our initial inquiry until after our return home was professional and kind.

We were totally impressed with everything. The Condo was beautiful, roomy, beds were comfortable and well equipped. Our family from Germany loved the closeness of the beach and the pools were great. There isn't enough we could say about our beautiful stay in New Smyrna. We will be back.

This beautiful condo located in one of the best parts of New Smyrna was the perfect fit for my family. It truly lives up to its award winning qualities. There are to many amenities to count and the condo could not be more well kept and stocked for fun!! Lovely 3 BR condo with all the amenities. The owner keeps the place very clean, nicely furnished, and updated. Watch the birds, turtles, fish and otters in the pond right below the balcony. The Oceanwalk complex is meticulously maintained and has much to offer. Access to the beautiful beach is just a short walk away. This is our sixth season renting this special condo and we have already reserved time for next year. BLISS!

Property was well cared for and maintained. Plenty of room, appliances in good working order. We enjoyed our stay at this property we felt comfortable and safe (gated community). Any questions we had regarding the property was answered by the owner promptly. We would stay there again and I would highly recommend to family and friends. The beach was across the street and there were several pools within the complex along with tennis courts. Lost of restaurants in the area.
