"Clean room, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Exercise room left a lot to be desired. Otherwise, no complaints."

"Hotel is next to a very busy highway so lots of traffic noise. Hotel is older but has been "update" in what appears to be the cheapest way available. Beds are not comfortable, tV's are older, room furniture is cheap. Bathroom was disgusting with dirty caulk lines around tub, pubic hair on tub wall and rusty bath fixtures. Walls were dirty in places within the room, ceiling had multiple cracks with large paint chipping spots. Carpet is cheap and dirty. Hotel is pet friendly on the first floor. Room smelled like cat urine. Changed room to second level and that room smelled better but still could smell pet odors within building. Hotel works in a pinch but would not recommend if your looking for a nicer place to stay. Price definitely does not reflect what you get. Staff was nice, continental breakfast was ok but not fantastic."

"I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. "

"We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand towels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."
