« We were a large family group, and really enjoyed our stay at Lyn and Michael's beautiful home. It is super clean, with good facilities and full of warmth and character. Some of the beds could have been more comfortable, and may need to be updated. The really well-maintained wrap around garden is the best feature of the house in our opinion, while our kids loved the game room! « We enjoyed very much our stay at Sneuk Head. The cottage was clean (not spotless 😊, but clean), well equiped, and close to luxury as we were 3 so we had each a bathroom, though "only" 2 showers! On top of this, there are plenty of activities to do nearby, and the house is close to the A9 if you want to go further. The host was very responsive to the various questions we had and always very kind. All in all, we'd be very glad to come back there if we have another opportunity. »

The collection of books and artworks in the house was much appreciated. This is not a property if for those wanting flashy or ultra modern but it is a fabulous place to stay to enjoy the Cairngorms. »

« Brilliant place to catch up with friends - wonderful social space with such a peaceful view into the forest and a great base to explore the area. A few dead flies around when we arrived and the cleaners things (including supplies of wine and cleaning products) were left out when we arrived, and the shelf with the glasses on is slanting so we took the glasses off to avoid disaster - but none of those things affected our enjoyment of the property which we would recommend (and may come back again!)...

« The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!! »
