Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Nemesbikk?
The best time to go to Nemesbikk is during the late spring (May to June) and early autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the rural Hungarian countryside is at its most appealing.

During late spring, the landscape is lush and green, and the temperatures are comfortably mild, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C. This period is ideal for exploring the local area, enjoying outdoor activities like walking or cycling, and visiting nearby thermal baths without the intense heat of summer. You'll find the local markets and small villages buzzing with activity but without large crowds.

Early autumn offers similar comfortable temperatures, usually between 10°C and 20°C, and the changing colours of the foliage make for picturesque scenery. This season is particularly good for those interested in local culinary traditions, as it often coincides with harvest festivals and wine-tasting events in the broader Borsod region.
