This is a newly renovated and professionally designed 10th floor unit with large patio overlooking the beautiful emerald coast. Professionally cleaned before each stay.

Our overall stay was great and the room was fabulous! We love Navarre and Beach Colony Resort. As others have said the stove top is slow to heat but that didn’t keep us from cooking!

Great stay with our family, loved how close the beach access was. The pool was nice and the overall grounds were very nice. The most well supplied kitchen we have ever had, we really appreciated all it had to offer. Loved the ice maker, great addition. Great layout in the condo! Also appreciated the chairs and umbrella provided for us….overall, 10/10.

Can’t wait to stay again. Perfect Beach getaway! Exceeded my expectations. We loved sitting out on the extra large balcony. The kitchen table view was even incredible overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. Owner was very helpful throughout the entire booking process and very easy to get in touch. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place we enjoyed our stay and Navarre was great. This is the first time we have been here usually go to Pensacola Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and the condo property was very nice also. We will be returning.

This condo was everything we could hope for. It had all the amenities of home and even enough room to relax by yourself. The location was great with a great view and the pool was a life saver when it came to our 1 year old. Navarre itself is very relaxing and within a drive of everything you need. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would very much stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations. Ryan is great. We had an issue with the shower door and Ryan got back with us and helped us figure it out and come to a solution on fixing it. he's great we will definitely stay with them again

We wanted to take a family vacation and at the same time celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation with her choice of where she wanted to go to the beach. We choose Navarre. A beautiful and slower paced family oriented place. This condo is just like a home. We loved it and didn’t want to leave the beach or house. Breath taking views. Th home is beautiful.

Wish we could stay a few more days. Great time of year to visit! We had a lot of room for the 4 of us. It was nice having three baths. Everything was clean, which is very important. Great communication with the owner. Plenty of parking! Narvarre has really grown since we were here a few years ago.

This condo was very spacious, clean, & within driving distance to local restaurants & activities. The balcony is big with lots of chairs to enjoy the sight of the beautiful gulf. The kitchen is well stocked. It also has a separate ice maker which works great for taking a cooler of ice w/drinks to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is large, never crowded, & clean! I would highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre. Pros: condo layout, views, beautiful beach and water, pool CONS: main door to the balcony is really hard to get closed. Condo needs a deep cleaning. Dust on the fans lamp. Overall a good experience.

The size of the condo gave us a feeling of living in a home. But with beautiful Gulf views. Being able to view the sound also was a plus. We liked the security that is used that other condos do not provide. What you see in the pictures is what you get. An owner that takes pride in his unit.

Overall, we had a fun time. We appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms for seven women. We were near the elevator for an easy walk. The lounge chair on the patio was broken and the rest of the patio furniture looked weathered and old. The stove was very slow to boil water. The showers were good. It took us quite a while to figure out how to use the code on the door to get in and out. We succeeded on the last day for sure. That’s how it usually works.

What was great….Right on a beautiful beach. Close proximity to shopping, medical and recreation. What was not so great. Some of the furnishings were showing signs of wear. The range top did not heat well. Took 30 minutes to boil a pot of water. Not a great selection of cookwater but lots of older cookware. There were 2 elevators, but was was out of order a couple of times. Premium price for a condo that needs refreshing, update cookware and a coat of paint.

We just returned from a stay in this condo and had a great week. Beach Colony is in a fantastic location, right on the beach and close to good restaurants. The building has good community amenities - large pool, beach chair service, a fitness center and grills + picnic tables. The condo is very well decorated, bright and beachy, and has a nice view of the ocean from one side and the bay from the other. The balcony is large and has a table that can be used for dining. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals if you decide to eat in. There are many restaurants nearby. Our favorites were Windjammers on the Pier and Juana's Pagoda (both walking distance) and Scooter's Fish House (a short drive). It is also a short drive to Fort Walton where there are many dining options. The owner of the condo was easy to work with. He was responsive and provided detailed instructions for all we would need during our stay. He also provided great restaurant recommendations. Our family had a great vacation in Navarre and I highly recommend this property.

We stayed with our 4 kids ages 9 to 16 and everyone enjoyed this trip very much. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Check-in was super easy. Keypad was convenient so didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key on the beach. Kitchen had everything's we needed plus more. Condo was clean but due for a deep clean of baseboards, corners, and wiping down of doors. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing! We enjoyed the snorkeling area which is approx 1 mile away and saw fish, sting-ray, and sea turtle snorkeling. Saw lots of turtles and dolphins on the pier. Found crabs on beach at night. Beach is very crowded during the day but starts to clear late afternoon. Ocean water was very clean. We were concerned that we may have to spend lots of time waiting on elevator since we were on 10th floor but that was never an issue. We have already considered booking a return stay.

Very nice property. Clean. Oven runs super hot at the bottom, be careful! The stove top is super slow to heat. Ice maker is a wonderful addition. The sliding glass door from the living room needs to be repaired, it takes a Herculean effort to open. Bedroom door is much easier to open. It’s a very spacious unit, especially the master bedroom. Laundry room is nice to have. One issue we had was the WiFi being out for over 24 hours. In this new world of telework, we needed WiFi as we were “on the clock”. Owner sent me a number of a person to call. I called and left a message but the call was never returned. Overall, I would recommend this property.
