I sat on the patio each morning with a cup of coffee and watched the sunrise! It was comfortable, cozy and clean! I also used their newly built sweat lodge, which was perfect after my off road adventure! The host answered all of my questions in a timely manner, both before and during my stay. She suggested I take one of the tours of Monument Valley. I took the sunrise tour which was unbelievably incredible, I would highly recommend it! I brought an electric skillet, which I used to cook some meals, as food options are limited in the area. On the patio there is also a large BBQ which I used, and a fireplace which kept me warm while stargazing at night! I thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience a traditional Navajo home. Thanks for an extraordinary experience!" The staff were very nice and were able to accommodate us a bit early. A few things did bother me though. Upon arriving to my room there a really strong smell of disinfectant which triggered my headache. The food from the restaurant was ok for dinner (we had the burger with fries, chicken tenders, and chilli) . The free breakfast buffet was not good at all. The eggs were tasteless, bagels were hard, and there were no fruits or anything healthier to eat besides light and fit yogurt. Everything served in paper plates, disposable silverware and styrofoam cups."
