"We booked the hotel and then due to a flight delay, during all the storms and lack of TSA workers we could not get to the hotel that day. The hotel refused to give us any of our money back, full well knowinb we did not use the room. Seems greedy and rude. "

"There was a person living in the garage and that was not provided on the rental information anywhere. The bed/frame in the smaller bedroom on the back corner is unbelievably loud. You cannot move without making a ton of noise. Also, the amount of cameras around the property is a bit much, I understand the front, but to have them in the backyard around the pool area is little excessive. Felt like there was no privacy ."
