"The house was everything that we needed for six adults. The house was clean very easy to find. We had stopped at the Publix before we got there to get a few things that we would need and the Refrigerator was turned up so we had to then go by ice to put our stuff in to stay cold and wait for the refrigerator to be up to temp."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. As a woman that often travels solo, my main priority is safety and then comfort. I was provided both in overwhelming amounts. The unit was very clean, and the A/C worked so well that I often had to turn it down just a bit or even off entirely. That’s more of a “me” thing because I am always cold, but it was SUCH a relief after spending all day outside in the summer heat. For being a smaller place, everything was so thoughtfully planned out and I never felt cramped. Both the outdoor and indoor decor was super cute and there were more than enough towels and toiletries to go around. Edna was very communicative, her instructions were very clear, and checking in/out was the easiest thing ever. I often had to double check to make sure I was doing everything right because it was almost TOO easy. She is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you can meet and a great host. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful, and everyone was so kind and courteous. The surrounding area is also 5 STARS. So many good places to eat, very popular grocery stores/businesses located just 5 or so minutes away. I literally spent half a day drive up and down the main street shopping because I couldn't believe how close everything was. You will lack nothing staying here."

Tampa Luxury 5BR Estate with Pool + Golf Views

"Our host Beatriz was very attentive to all our complaints and needs. The pool was not cleaned nor treated when we arrived. Beatriz had people come out and treat and clean it, unfortunately it took days for it to be accessible. The propane tank was empty took a couple of days away from our planned grilling. Several things were broken, again Beatriz was on it and had people do the repairs. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The screen over the pool is very old and tattered. It had rips and holes which allowed for constant skimming of dead bugs off the pool surface. It should be replaced. Lots of spiders and cobwebs outside the pool area. The kitchen was comfortable and the living room area was comfortable too. A five-bedroom house was great for my family. We were there for a week. Would have had a better experience if we could have enjoyed the pool more than two days and didn't have to work so hard skimming bugs off. The dining room was nice. The bathrooms were designed for a very small person. They both need an upgrade. So, call ahead first, and make sure things are in good shape for you and your family."

"The pool was a bit cooler than when we stayed in the past, understandable in the summer, but we usually have evening swims so didn’t enjoy it as much. Other than that everything was wonderful and enjoyed showing family the place this time."
