One of those Seven C's is Convienience! 4 miles to Music Row, or to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. It’s also about 4 miles to The Country Music Hall of Fame, or Belmont University, or Vanderbilt University. The Ryman Auditorium (the mother church of country music) is also, just about 4 miles, along with Bridgestone Arena, or The Airport.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Seven C's Cottage is surprisingly close to all major interstates, including I-40, I-65, and I-24.

Perfect!
Tina and Jim were wonderful hosts- So incredibly welcoming and supportive with everything we needed, (even including industry and community tips for our daughter pursuing music in Nashville!) Not to mention Jim's heartfelt and lovely personal performance he shared with us! The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family's home base for exploring Nashville and the area. We are hoping to and would love the opportunity to stay here again for future trips.

The house was clean and very comfortable. Jim and Tina were very helpful throughout our stay. The house is super close downtown Nashville. We didn’t drive more than 15 minutes for anything. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to hear Jim play some original music that was just cool and Tina gave us great restaurant recommendations. The unit was just perfect, close to Broadway, and the hosts were exceptional! Would definitely stay again!!!

After living in Nashville for 22 of the last 24 years when we visit we need a place to stay and gotels are not favored. My wife was in town for a concert and this location worked gteat for her and her friends. Owners were plesant and made the process easy.

You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!

We usually get another rental type but this VRBO was better in many ways. Great communication since owners are on site but out-of-site. Friendly, mature hosts who respond quickly to needs. House was very comfortable. Lots of blankets, towels, cooking utensils,etc. Two big bedrooms. Comfortable furniture for us and guests. Bathroom is small but adequate. Private, free parking. Close to all of greater Nashville. Quiet neighborhood. All details covered. We felt like guests in a completely furnished home.
