The Metropolis STRP is one of Nashvilles most unique properties almost entirely constructed out of shipping containers. The home located just a 5 minute Uber ride from Broadway. We have 8+ parking spaces giving travelers flexibility to drive and park without paying extreme hotel parking fees.

This home is perfect for everyone, including large groups of guests looking for a cool spot to unwind and relax on your trip, great for groups of friends looking to let loose and explore the city in the local scene! You can enjoy the honky tonk bars, sports games, golf courses, museums+art, water parks, and more!!! The home is divided into two separate units rented as larger unit. Each unit has similar amenities.

This home has unique touches such as urban grafitti, custom art work on walls, beautiful stocked cooking kitchen, + a Keurig for your daily coffee needs, comfortable modern furniture and beds, and more. This home is truly the perfect little getaway for you! Kick back, relax, and enjoy Netflix and Hulu on large flat screen TV’s and use our with our complimentary high speed WiFi.

We are no longer renting to locals at this time. Feel free to message us with questions or your specific details for consideration. Again, this is to detour locals partying and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not allow weekend bookings of Friday or Saturday without booking both weekend days together. Booking one day and not the other detours other guests from booking the non booked weekend day and negatively affects our business. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause with booking.

We are in the South Ya’ll. Due to the climate, there are bugs here. You may see bugs while you were out and about in the city, around the building and every once in a blue moon, one of these critters makes its way inside the home. Unfortunately it’s unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding.
