The vaulted ceilings open and brighten the living area. The fully stocked kitchen, formal dining, and bar seating are perfect for hosting family and friends. Enjoy direct pool access from the living, guest bedroom 1, and the in the fall of 2024 renovated primary suite; wood looking tile in bedroom and closet, new primary bathroom with soaking tub and enlarged shower with bench.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

WIFI Included. One available parking space in the garage. ***Note for MAY - OCT 2025 rentals there will be NO large parking space in the garage, only for a small car*** Beach chairs and umbrella available. Propane grill (BBQ) available.

* 30 day minimum stay. February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are due 30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Spanish Wells Unit III is: $0
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Revisiting Bonita Springs

We stayed in this house almost 20 years ago and it has hardly changed at all! It is comfortable but rather tired. If there had been six of us we would have been very under-equipped. The towels were very poor and the appliances are all struggling. However we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting it again, largely because of the location.

Tolle und ruhige Lage eines schönes Hauses...

…. aus meiner Sicht absolut empfehlenswert ! Leider war draußen, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, kein Kühlschrank und die Koch/Grill Station war nicht betriebsbereit. Die Koch/Grill Station wurde durch einen Gasgrill ersetzt, womit wir aber leben konnten und der Kühlschrank im Haus war vollkommen ausreichend.
