Completion is expected January 2026\. Shuttle Pick up is at the entrance of Wild Pines. Chairs and umbrellas are available in limited supply. PICKLE BALL- There is an awesome 6 court (4 dedicated, 2 lined tennis courts with portable net) located at Riverwalk Park within BONITA BAY. Non BBPBC members and Guests/ renters are allowed to play during posted open play times, which are frequent and posted at the entrance to the courts. Enjoy this beautiful, light and bright first floor corner unit with its's expansive, fully furnished wrap around lanai. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful views of nature as you both start and end your day on this lovely lanai! This unit is available weekly, monthly, or seasonal. The condo has all the comforts of home. You will enjoy the fully stocked, updated kitchen. The living/family room has a queen size pull out sofa, a kingsize master, and a 2 twin guest room. This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again. ##### Matt G. The condo was spotless clean. It was nice that coffee, creamer and sugar was provided so we didn’t feel like we had to make a grocery run the first day we arrived. Went to dinner at DeRomo’s which is walking distance or a short drive from the condo. The pool is very conveniently located across the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the bath mats are so soft. Everyone in the building was so friendly, would stay again. ##### Christina M. We had a wonderful one week stay. We didn't need keys because of the electronic lock which was great for multiple people. The condo was really clean. Amy had all the amenities we needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, paper towels, and beach towels. We were right at home from the moment we walked in! The beds were comfortable and the evenings were quite. We enjoyed the use of the three bikes and we were able to swim in the heated pool. The van to the beach club was great! We spent two weeks here and our stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owners has been very effective, prompot and friendly. The apartment is well kept, nicely decorated, with many amenities and generous supply of toiletries, paper products and detergents. We liked being on this corner unit on the ground floor. The unit has a south west orientation so guests enjoy the sunset in the cosy screened lanai . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a plus for those- like us as - who are used to cook . Bonita Bay is a beautiful, manicured development with many amenities, parks, restaurants and facilities. She was more then accommodating. We needed a place to live after hurricane Ian flooded out our condo. The apartment was perfect.
