It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and towels were new and made our beach day a breeze. Parking at the beach would have been impossible, so we were thankful we could just walk across the street. The ocean view was worth the extra cost. Loved sitting out on the enclosed deck for my morning coffee. Great communication by the owner. Pools weren't open yet, but we probably would not have used them anyway.
