New Barndominium!

  • This is a brand new Custom Barndominium. Just finished building it in March 2023. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, laundry room, living and dining areas and a beautiful big Kitchen. Blue Pearl Royal granite countertops. All appliances pots pans etc are new. We have a nice Farmers porch to sit and relax on.

Out of the way,good if one prefers a more remote local, bad if you want to spend your time in Naples. Very clean, great kitchen and master bath. TV in every room is nice. Only real issue is some sound deadening such as rugs would be nice. It is a steel constructed building and w/ TV on it is difficult to have a conversation, sounds reverberate.However, very nice place and would highly recommend.

Great place for visiting the area

We stayed at the barndominium for a long weekend to visit family in the area. The property is as described and was well supplied with everything we needed. Super clean and in a quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Family fun

The barndominium was perfect for our family to attend local bridal shower. Very clean, fully stocked with essentials and added perks! Host was pleasant, quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating! Will visit again if in the area!

Great location for visiting friends and family in and around Golden Gate and the Estates. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need! Close to the Casino in Immokalee as well. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room inside and out.

Awesome trip!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Naples. Check in was easy, accommodations were great and it was just what we were looking for. We have family close by and were traveling back and forth to their home. The Barn was so well stocked with everything.. cleanliness was a big concern for me, but everything was spotless! We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay… we will be returning’

Amazing!!!!

We have stayed in many condos and this was one of our absolute favorites! It was immaculate! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. John was great! We stayed over Christmas so he provided us with suggestions on where to eat and close grocery stores. He even texted to say that the place was ready early and that we did not need to wait until check in time. We highly recommend staying in this lovely place!

Home away from home

This property was welcoming, very clean, new, bright and open. Lots of kitchen and dining space with every small appliance and gadget you could want. We didn't use most of it due to travelling back and forth for graduation events but enjoyed early morning coffee and quick bites. Watched one TV show in the evening with family. My husband brought his laptop and was able to check work in between events. It is very quiet in a rural setting. Not far from Naples or AMU where we attended events.

The barndominium was everything we hoped for. It was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. We couldn’t have had a quieter experience in the country setting. Although traffic to town was a little heavy, it was manageable with some planning and time management. The kitchen and master bath were high points, as well. We even found the need to do a few loads of laundry in the new and modern washer and dryer. Overall, the accomodations were everything we had hoped for! Thanks John!!

The BEST Stay!

Traveled from OH to Naples, FL for a family graduation. So happy to stumble upon the "barn", as it was only about 10 miles from our family! It was everything as described and more. The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the place was. Literally spotless. Had plenty of everything. Towels, soap, dishes, cookware - but the little touches (coffee, creamer, bottled water, milk) were the real MVP's. John was very accomodating and even checked in a time or two just to be sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your place with us! We will 1000% be back :)

Excellent experience

We initially chose this site primarily because of location and available parking - we trailered our motorcycle. We were overwhelmed with this experience. The location was far enough out - but close enough in. Quiet and safe area, dead-end street perfect for walks. The host and amenities he provided were far above any prior rentals we have EVER made. This kitchen was FULLY equipped with appliances and utensils, as well as other goodies provided for our convenience. If we could give 10* we would. This site will definitely be at the top of our list of repeats.

Clean, brand new, everything you could need

I stayed with my teenage son, 20 something son and his gf, 20 something daughter and her boyfriend. Everyone had their own space when needed. Huge bathrooms. Everything was brand new and really nice. Even the tile in shower was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including Tupperware, coffee, spices, etc. Porch and rocking chairs were great. House was so clean! Communication was amazing! I would totally recommend this house. The only negative- and not even a dig on the house was that our family that lives in Naples was about 30 minutes away. But even that was fine. Easy to drive up immakolee and get McDonalds, Starbucks etc. DoorDash and instacart delivered to the house. This by far the coolest and nicest house we’ve stayed in in any city we’ve visited. Our family has stayed in many Vrbo and we all were like can we take this house to our next vacation destination.

Great place to stay.

Thoroughly reviewed pictures and comments before booking; they were true! Friends who visited were thoroughly impressed, and the place was very comfortable. First time in Naples and found areas closer to ocean very crowded with lots of traffic so it was delightful to come back to the Barndominium in a residential area with very limited traffic (but stores were close by). Being able to have coffee at the comfortable chairs and table on the front porch was a great way to start the day (sun sets out that way in the evening). Kitchen is extremely well appointed with every detail thought out and includes some specialty equipment. Cabinet space is plentiful with some empty for whatever one wants to store. Equipment and service for entertaining is included. Imho, the Hamilton Beach coffee maker makes much better coffee than a Keurig due to better temp and time to brew. The bedrooms are comfortable and all have ample drawer and closet space. Every room has a tv and can connect to a dvr service to record favorite programs when absent. Bathrooms are well appointed. The house includes ample supplies such as tp and pt for the stay, as well as cleaning products and equipment (including for washer and dryer). All in all, I've stayed in many nice vrbo houses, but this is the best yet; everything works well, much is included to make one's stay comfortable, the place is very clean, and John is a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay in the barndo! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking burgers on the gas grill. The front porch was our favorite place to relax and enjoy bird-watching (we even saw a peacock walk by!). John was super helpful and an excellent host.

Property well kept up. Kitchen amenities extensive and complete. Washer and dryer easy to use. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting on the front porch watching birds in the yard.We were going to various State and national park areas and this location was very convenient.
