It is located in the heart of north Naples, this villa and community are only 12 mins to the beach, 3 mins to awesome restaurants and shopping! Shhh, dont tell anyone but this is one of Naples best kept secret neighborhoods! Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located right off of Airport-Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road. There is a large and scenic lake in the center of Lakeside where most of the homes face it and have a wonderful view, including this Villa! There are plenty of on site amenities for you to enjoy that include: a basketball court, plenty of walking/jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, and exercise room, a library along with a heated community pool and spa. There is also a playground and shuffleboard, what more would you need?? The Space: The main bedroom of this villa has a King bed with an attached bathroom and a small TV for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom, which is great for your kids or grand kinds comes with a Queen bed This villa has an attached 1 car garage for your exclusive use along with parking in the driveway. You can also use the washer and dryer in the laundry room - we want you to feel at home and to make this home yours while you stay with us! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make some great meals, butler not included! But we know you will end up eating out most nights at some of the best restaurants in SWFL, need a suggestion -just ask! The Shoppes of Vanderbilt has Primo Hoagies (we love the Old Italian!), Mister01 Pizza (any of the star shaped pizzas are amazing), Mojo Sushi (one of our favorite sushi places in the area) and Flaco's Mexican (you can't go wrong with any of their tacos -ask them for their special spicy sauce-it is legit!). You can also be sitting on the sand at Vanderbilt beach in about 12 mins or sipping on a cool drink at Gumbo Limbo (the beach bar at the Ritz next to Vandy Beach -their mojitos or awesome) in about 15 mins. We spent much of our time on the lanai when we were home. The 1 1/2 mile walk around the lake was lovely. The two pools were very nice and one was walking distance from the unit. Our only complaint would be that a few things either didn’t work or were difficult to understand: The cable box had to be replaced, the bedroom tv worked intermittently, we never understood the microwave, so we ran it in 30 second segments. The garage door remote was tricky but worked. We struggled with the thermostat temperature control. We were saved by Mike Z rentals, who were responsive, accessible and knowledgeable.
