The building and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Everything is beautifully maintained. We have successfully used VRBO in the past, however it remains a sight unseen property. This condo is above a pool/hot tub of the property next door, The Charter House, a Hilton week - to- week time share . They do not enforce the 9AM to sundown pool hours. Our first week there we heard a lot of pool activity at all hours. Additionally, this unit does not get sun during January on the ocean view side of the deck. There's only limited sun hours on the island side of the deck. While we enjoyed our stay, these two concerns would have prevented us from renting this unit. ##### Phillip R.
