This as a small B & B in an excellent location, right in the centre of Napoli and only 50 metres from the University underground station. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

I racconti di Partenope è fantastico. Federica è stata super disponibile per il check out tardi (ca 22) e ci ha anche consigliato pizzerie e ristoranti dove andare (grazie per averci suggerito pizzeria Imperatore). La posizione è ottima, super centrale, a 5 minuti da spaccanapoli e la stazione della metro ‘Universita’ è proprio di fronte al portone del palazzo. Le camera sono estremamente pulite, spaziose e silenziose. Altamente consigliato.

Affordable in a good location

The BnB was in a great location. And for the price you can’t beat it. However, the bed was terrible. It felt like you were falling down a hill. It felt like a very old mattress. It was difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was good.

Lovely B&B in a palazzo

Beautiful little B&B in a palazzo, about 20 feet from a Metro stop. Very near Spaccanopolis and walkable to all sights. Breakfast is excellent- eggs and ham are included if you ask.

A quiet gem

What an absolute gem of a place! There are only four rooms on the first floor of a building complete with lift. It is just off the main street of Corso Umberto with an eatery downstairs but it is quiet since it faces the back alley. The decor is stylish, the beds comfy, the rooms clean and the breakfast generous. The location is perfect, within walking distance of both the Centro Storico, the Spanish Quarter (Quartieri Spagnoli) and the port but also on the Metro line. I would definitely come back here.

The property manager was amazing! She helped up get around and even booked a trip to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius for us! She knew it was our anniversary so there was a gift in the room with a free upgrade! Amazing!
