Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights exploring Naples and surrounding areas! The hotel is located around 10-15 walk from main train station. It was around 15 minute walk to the port where you can take a boat to Procida, Capri etc. Its easily walkable to all the tourist sights & shopping areas from here. The hotel was in a quiet courtyard so still managed to get a good sleep in busy Naples! The reception staff were great - using whatsapp to communicate and can keep your bags here on check out day when we had a later flight.
