Too Many Supplemental Fees - Stay at a Hotel
We arrived at 9:15 PM from Praino with my girlfriend and two of my friends and had a one night booking here to make it to an early Naples flight the next day. When I booked this reservation, I had confirmed for 3 people and the unit booked was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom as the 4th in our group was not sure of her departure time. Upon arrival, we were told that since we are now 4 people that we would be charged an extra 25 Euros, however this was not stated or provided as notice anywhere. In fact the room specifically allowed for a maximum of more than 4 (there were 2 cots in a 3rd room). The rooms were clean (despite my finding a bug in my room), but there was also a notice that use of any dishes or dishwashing would be another 25 euro charge so we didn't use the kitchen at all. Don't forget the cleaning charge as well 25-50 euros. So what seems to be a reasonably priced stay turned out to be less so. I'd recommend this place for a family or group of friends, but with the final price for one night, you're better off booking a nice hotel without all the add-ons. The reception lady was helpful in booking a taxi for us to the airport however.

I liked that it was quiet. Did not like that the AC broke, and the shower had no curtain- causing water to go everywhere in the washroom.

Service is very bad. Expect to be yelled
Except for Simone, service is horrendous. We came at 9pm to check in. When we got in, one of our sheets was dirty (with literal dirt and dark stains). We asked them to change sheets and we had a very very hard time arguing over a change of clean sheets. They wanted us to put a towel over it until cleaning day comes which was in 2 days and we just got there!!!! Upon checkout, the office was closed and no one was there to check us out. So we left and came back and when we came back we were accused of breaking furniture that was already broken. They wanted me to pay but there was no way I was going to pay because we didn’t break it. It made me hate The people of Naples. They don’t deserve that reputation but I would only recommend this place to people I hate. The location was fairly good. Closest metro was about 8 minutes walk. Via duomo is right where the apartment is that wasn’t so bad. Only Simone was excellent and when something needed to be asked, we called or texted him.
