"Nicely renovated hotel. Room was nice and clean Reasonable price with Free breakfast buffet was great. Tipicall airport hotel as no dinning option around so I had hotel dinner buffet wasn’t worth money I paid for. I was disappointed. Hot springs is in the hotel facilities, it was nice but I have to pay extra. I’ll stay again. But I’ll eat dinner at the airport then check in to hotel will be my plan next time."

"This is a hidden gem. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained with wonderful staff, and central in the touristy area of Narita. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants, and the temples and shrines. About 15 minutes walk from the train station. If you are looking for a Japanese experience, I would highly recommend this place. Don’t skip the Japanese breakfast."

"The breakfast buffet was geared towards more Japanese tastes, and was one of the best we have had compared to other hotels. The room was a decent size. There is a GIGANTIC mall next door that spans 3 or 4 large city blocks, which is super convenient. Felt like that was a Mall of Japan, with how huge it was. The hotel itself is right near the train station, as well. Another benefit was that there was a small convenience store (NewDays) thru the breakfast area that was open 24-7 so if you needed a snack, you could get something."
