"The room was really clean, we had trouble with the heating which was sorted. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and more then one station to get the breakfast items from so you didn't que for long. "

Only feedback to improve would be the shower cubicle could benefit from a shelf for products to be put on and a mat for when coming out the shower as we were only given a towel each and the floor got wet without a mat. "We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety."
