Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days.
Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details.
Helpful staff always ready to assist.
Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro.
Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I...

Because of my wife's problem with climing stairs-I asked for a ground floor room. The hotel was fool, but they managed to locate a ground floor room.We even had a small balcony.

Clean hotel, freshly renovated. Good food and quiet surroundings. Just be aware that staff doesn’t speak languages and sometimes it is hard to communicate.

Beautiful, modern hotel, fantastic spa with Whirlpools, pool and sauna facilities. Dinner was average as most items on the Buffet were baked dry by the heat lamps by the time we had dinner at 7:30. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great. Service by all members was great.
Our air conditioner in our room did not work and temperatures were at 26°C in the room. Had to open up the balcony door to get some cooler air into the room. Woke up at 1:00am sweating!

This is a nice hotel. Our stay was pretty cheap because it was way off season. It's a typical 3-star hotel with the added bonus of a Finnish sauna at the back of the garden of the apartments. Breakfast was also good. Otherwise, we didn't really use the hotel, apart from sleeping. I'm sure it's nicer in the summer when the restaurant is open in the garden :)
