Very pampering experience

Very pampering experiences. My wife and I took full advantages of various treatments. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. There is a very nice village that is a short walk from the resort. They arranged for a driver to take us from Budapest and back at a very fair price.

Great value for money

It was a really comfortable stay. Everything is very logistically and comfortably located and situated. The room and all spaces in the hotel very clean and constantly taken care of and attended to. Delicious, very fresh and variable food and buffet, the chefs really know what they do and cook just in front of you. From people on any kind of a diet to any tastes one can find everything. The pools are maybe not so large but nicely located. The sauna and steam baths are spacious and clean. Spa offers a lot of treatments and personnel are attentive and professional. Very nice live dancing music in the evenings, the bar has a large number of cocktails and bartenders are quick and professional. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioner was easy manageable. Cute little balcony. A beautiful park around the hotel to walk. Possibility for horse riding very close.

Zimmer sehr sauber. Reinigungspersonal Top. Kellner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen könnte besser sein. Sehr viel gekochtes und geschmortes. 3 mal Abend gegessen, kein einziges Mal was paniertes. Aussenpool ist jetzt wärmer, dafür war das Heilbecken und der Aussenjacuzzi etwas kälter. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Es wurde uns in der Rechnung die Minibar berechnet, ohne sie genutzt zu haben. Mehrfach habe ich p. Mail angefragt und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Wir haben leider erst nach 900 km Fahrt zu Hause festgestellt das es unberechtigt war. Das Hotel antwortet bis heute nicht darauf.

Das Zimmer wurde bei unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in de letzten Tagen nicht richtig gereinigt.Beim Zugang Außenpool zum Innenpool befand sich Schimmel am Zugang und wurde die ganze Woche nicht entfernt.Für ein fünfsterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel.Auf meinen Hinweis mit Fotos wurde zögerlich reagiert.ich hoffe auf eine Stellungnahme von seitens des Hotels.Personal super freundlich.
