"We had a very nice time at the Cozy Cottage It was very well equipped with everything we needed it was a darling place. We were able to spend quality time with my father who lives in Eustis and we played pickleball and did a lot of biking. The host was very nice. We would definitely stay there again."

"Host would not answer our concerns/ questions, we had to send many emails, phone calls and not even then we would hear from him. I called customer service and left messages The TV in room didn't work, I had ordered some shirts from Amazon that came in 2 different packages. When we arrived and for the next 2 days, the host never replied to our messages requesting the where abouts of the packages. We sent him the pics from Amazon showing him that they were delivered. I was forced to order more shirts because I needed them for a funeral reunion. "
