"The location to HPU was great. The hot tub was great; the water was at 101' and ready for use. There was no gas in the propane tanks, after approx. 8 minutes the tank on the grill ran out of propane and the tank on the griddle also ran out of propane after about 5-8 minutes of use. I had to leave my food on the grill and run to the gas station and do a tank exchange to finish my gilling.i would recommend more hangers in the closets. The closet in the upstairs master had two wire hangers I did not check the other closets for hanger. "

The walls and baseboards could use some better cleaning or some new paint. The attic panel had paint peeling off. The back yard needed to be racked. "
