"Parking lot was littered with trash. As soon as I got in the entrance it seemed shady. Had to do a $100 deposit. Hotel smelled. Room looked neglected. Remote button missing to power it on. Art had a hole in it, floor looked like it needed and hadn’t gotten a mop. M&m on the floor. Tv didn’t work said no signal. Wasn’t given WiFi so not sure if they even had it. Bathroom looked bad. Black mold on caulk. Shower had hair in it. Shower head had been pulled out and not secured again. Just looked neglected. Last paint job they did was terrible and sloppy. Won’t stay again. One plus was the shuttle service to the fiserv forum and pick up."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Main hallways had stained carpets and dirty walls. Breakfast was very basic and did the job. The location for walking to an event at Fiserv Forum was ideal. Parking was in a next door lot with direct access to the hotel from the 2nd floor. Overnight parking was reasonable at $20 per night. No valet available."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious.. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately the room while hotel was not well kept. The rugs the second you walk into the lobby were so disgusting. I was instantly nervous at that point. They pump so much aroma into it I had a headache. Our room also was heavily fragrant to cover up an odor. Lastly, we valet parked and waited for 30 mins for our vehicle. I then asked where it was and they said it is right there. They had our car keys mixed up with somebody else’s and pulled up the wrong vehicle. Needless to say, I will never be returning."

"When we got to our room the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Sounded like an idling diesel truck. I asked for a different room which they were happy to do when I showed the video of the A//C. When we got to our different room the A/C barely worked. It was quiet, but the room was 75 but set at 65. We turned it off, and back on and that helped. But by morning it was 73. For the price of the room, not close to being worth it."
