« 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Reception was polite and friendly - showed us to our room straight away. Room was clean although dated which we were expecting given the price. Only a couple of issues with the room: Mattress was springy and likely worn as we kept rolling towards the middle. The extractor fan didn't switch off after we switched off the bathroom light. »

« Room was clean and tidy. However there was a hole in ceiling where the fire alarm had come out and not been put back properly. There was no heating in the bathroom however the lovely hot shower warmed the room super »

« It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
