"Lots of free parking. Great location for local shops and easy access to town center. Fantastic staff, all very friendly and helpful, even sorted a taxi for us at short notice. Room clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, hairdryer all in room. "

"Staff very friendly and efficient. Sink was blocked, soap dispenser in shower was empty. No kettle in the room and although there was free drinking water and free hot drinks that was all the way down in reception. I knew I was opting for a stripped down version of a hotel room but have stayed in lots of other hotels that offer more for the same price. "

"Great bar restaurant downstairs. I was staying alone but was made to feel very welcome and looked after by the staff. For the price, I thought the room was great. Incredible location only 10 minute walk from the station. And the continental breakfast in the morning was perfect. Can’t really complain at all. Thank you guys it was brilliant. "

"Car parking is a major problem!! And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing "

"Only one lift running for maintenance Since rooms have been done up they smell of hospital disinfectant Gym is very small and seems to be full of staff at peak times "
