![On the way into Musée de l'Armée you can get a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. It was actually our first official view of the French icon upon arrival in Paris. 

The Musée de l'Armée was definitely worth seeing. So many artifacts of war! One of my personal favorites was the pistol-sword for King Louis XIII. Will you be shot? Will you be stabbed? "Nice place in a GREAT location. Very much a neighborhood feel, and there are about 10 restaurants within a very short distance. Breakfast was the same each day--a nice variety of options, and not overwhelming. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and offered suggestions when asked. The room was small (typical for Europe) but had everything we needed. There is a lounge near the front desk to hang out if you so desire, or if you have a group. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!"
