« Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. »

« L'hôtel était très bien. Parfait pour un séjour, la voie rapide bus à deux pas permet de facilement arriver dans le downtown. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, ainsi que des supermarchés (Target, Traders Joe). Seul soucis, le ménage n'est pas fait en cours de séjour et impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre. La douche est un petite et je n'ai pas eu la baignoire présentée en photo. »

« It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful. »

« The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter. The sofabed was as hard as a rock. Honestly...

« Convivial staff, easy and free to park your car. The breakfast was tasty and the site is lovely. »

« Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though. »

« Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard »

« Tout était très bien. Emplacement, chambre et le personnel. Seulement le déjeuner qui mérite un peu plus de variété et les aliments cuits n’étaient pas très chaud. »

« J’étais choqué à l’arrivée par le manque de propreté et l’état de délabrement des installations contrairement aux photos postées sur le site de expedia. Les lits semblaient être double au lieu de queen. Le canapé lit était endommagé et ne pouvait être utilisé comme lit. Le chauffage ne marchait pas (on a dû nous changer de chambre après la première nuit). Les toilettes étaient assez usées de sorte que son plafond se décollait. Par ailleurs l’hôtel doit être déparasité car on pouvait apercevoir...

« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
