"The room was booked through VRBO in Expedia and therefore I did not engage with staff other then when I tried to check in and they notified me it was through VRBO. VRBO host was good and provided clear directives once I contacted them. The hotel had many standard features such as indoor and outdoor pools, but the indoor pools "looked" dirty. Considering it is on the beach, this is the best feature. and all outdoor pools and lounge areas were clean... but I wish the had the food and rink kiosks...

"good stay until the plumping backed up into all the rooms on the bottom floor. great it happened on our last night there. everyone on the bottom floor was mad"

"Room was not ready until after 5 but it didn’t really bother us. The rooms are a little outdated. Furniture not very comfortable with 1 small TV in the living area. Bed wasn’t too bad. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway. GREAT LOCATION! Close to souvenir shop and places to eat.. you will have to go out a bit if you want breakfast though. The restaurants near by did not serve breakfast. We will definitely return in the future."

"Hotels.com failed to send our reservation to the condo company and after driving 10 hours, we were in the office with no place to stay when we got there. The agent was very gracious and was able to find another unit for us and saved our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean and a short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and all appliances in good condition. Not sure if I would use a travel site again, but would definitely stay there again. "

"This was our best rental experience since we’ve started renting on sites. The little details like snacks, drinks, coffee, toiletries, WONDERFUL sheets and beds, beach equipment, etc. made it feel luxurious! It was spotless, it smelled great, and the temperature was spot on. We wanted for absolutely nothing, and we were sad to leave. We hope to make this house a yearly (at least!) rental. Kim was amazing, answered all our questions quickly, and was so friendly. Thank you for making our Mother’s Day weekend a true treat!"

"We loved the proximity to the water, great view. This unit being on the corner was one of the few balconies that had partial privacy. My only complaint was the mattress. I’m getting older and the need for a good nights sleep is very important, especially on vacation!"
