"Warm, friendly hosts with incredible accommodations. Ilaria and Nicola went out of their way to ensure our stay was very memorable. Extremely clean with large spacious rooms. Every convenience available. Antique furniture added charm and elegance. Views of the rolling Tuscan hillside were fabulous. Train station not far for an easy commute into Florence. "This property is amazing! So quiet and serene away from the city. Visiting Florence is easy and I did it 2 times during my stay. U simply drive down the mountain about 15 min to San Lorenzo and catch 1hr train to Florence. The pool is amazing and the house has so much history. The drive up the mountain is about 15 minutes up some of it is unpaved but it is well WORTH it. Fantastic for families."

"A group of 7 of us stayed at Francis property for a week. The place was a fantastic hub for visiting vineyards, Florence, Pisa and all other touristy bits you may like to do. Sadly the weather was not on our side so we did not get to use the pool or garden as much as we would like, but there was plenty of other things to keep us busy. Franco was excellent with the check in and checkout process, being very flexible and accommodating. Thanks once again 👍"

"If you are looking for a fabulous Tuscan Villa look no more. The grounds, the two dwellings the furnishings and the gardens come together for a magnificent holiday. Why stay in Florence when there are numerous trains daily direct to Florence in Dicomano, just 5 minutes away.
