The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. A special thanks to Nick! His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out!
The amenities were perfect, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the beaches were absolutely pristine. Having such gorgeous, clean beaches right on the property was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Their on-site restaurant also served delicious meals.
The rooms could use a little maintenance and updating here and there, but honestly, nothing major or anything that took away from our experience. The incredible staff, beautiful property, and pristine beaches more than made up for it.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!
