"The hotel is roomy and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. The staff was friendly! Location to Universal Studios is great. Only a few downsides. No free coffee or water (except the 2 small bottles at check in). In room coffee doesn’t look like something that has been used in years. The places to eat at the hotel (or get a coffee) are expensive. Think Universal prices in a hotel setting. The little gift shop was beyond overpriced even for a tourist spot. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Our room was very clean when we stayed at the property we were left clean towels on a daily basis and bins were emptied too we were close to the pool which was great and a kids play park across from our room , would definitely stay there again"
